The municipal government of Denpasar has prepared 2 billion rupiah in anticipation of annual floods. There are several rivers in Denpasar as a source of flooding during the rainy season, as the Tukad Badung and Mati Tukad which crosses the city. To anticipate the flood of the two rivers, the city government has built nets each a few meters apart to pick up garbage in the river flow.
